The comparison of indoor sport and outdoor sport
Whether you walk in a park in downtown, or take a turn by the river, stay outdoors and nature closer to you.
On behalf of many of us, out of outdoors is vital for volunteers. Moreover, I would like to add that some humans like to training indoors. For example, some citizens like to keep fit in the gym, some relations prefer indoor aerobic exercise, some people like to participate in dance class room. If the indoor activity lets you feel bored and impatient, or causes your attention to concentrate in the unhappy somatic sensation, then you cannot get hold of the movement the mood aspect profit which brings to you.
